Delete account

Understand what deleting your MOMVIA account involves and access the secure deletion process here.

What is removed

Deletion removes your MOMVIA account, child profiles, photos, progress, generated activities and associated usage data. Local conversation history is cleared from this device.

We retain a minimal technical deletion marker to prevent old requests from recreating data. Local copies on other devices are cleared when those devices learn that the session has ended.

Deleting your MOMVIA account does not automatically cancel Google Play or App Store subscriptions. Manage any active subscription separately in the store where you purchased it.

Sign in to the account you want to delete. Then go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. An email address alone cannot authorize deletion.
